    CO-OWNER

    Everett Agee, a lifelong resident of the Shoals area, is the owner and co-founder of Agee Plumbing & Piping. With over 30 years of hands-on experience in the plumbing industry, Everett built the business from the ground up on the values of honesty, hard work, and dependable service.

    Under his leadership, Agee Plumbing & Piping has become a trusted name for both residential and commercial plumbing, offering everything from emergency repairs to full-scale installations. Everett takes pride in personally overseeing each project to ensure the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Paxton Agee

    CO-OWNER

    Paxton Agee is the co-owner of Agee Plumbing and Piping and a proud fourth-generation plumber. A graduate of Brooks High School (Class of 2017), Paxton carries on his family’s legacy with a strong work ethic and deep knowledge of the trade.

    Born and raised in Killen, Alabama, he’s committed to serving his local community with honesty and quality craftsmanship. Outside of work, Paxton is a devoted husband and father of two, dedicated to both his family and the future of the business.

  • Tori Bailey

    MARKETING MANAGER

    Tori is the Marketing Manager at Agee Plumbing and Piping, where she handles everything from social media and branding to customer communication and outreach. With a passion for connecting people and a creative eye for detail, she helps showcase the values and quality work that define the Agee team.

    Outside of work, Tori is a proud wife and mom of two. Her Christian faith guides both her personal life and professional values, bringing kindness, integrity, and purpose to everything she does.

The History of agee plumbing and piping- milton hearn

Milton Hearn was a respected entrepreneur and community leader in Florence, Alabama. In 1973, he founded Hearn Plumbing Company, Inc., a business specializing in plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services. Headquartered at 3311 County Road 47 in Florence, the company has contributed to a wide range of projects, including commercial, educational, and healthcare facilities. It is proudly affiliated with several key industry associations.

Expanding his impact, Milton launched Hearn Services, Inc. in 2002—a subsidiary focused on building repairs, remodeling, land development, and system installations.

Milton also owned M L Hearn Co, an industrial service provider offering equipment maintenance, repair, and fabrication at 2309 Hough Road in Florence.

Beyond his business ventures, Milton was a beloved member of the Florence community—known for his generosity, integrity, and unwavering support for those around him. His legacy lives on through the businesses he built and the lives he touched.

Milton Hearn was the proud grandfather of Paxton Agee, co-founder of Agee Plumbing and Piping. Milton’s passion for the trade played a key role in inspiring Paxton, who grew up learning the craft firsthand. Now a fourth-generation plumber, Paxton carries on his grandfather’s legacy with the same dedication and pride.
